I just had my wisdom teeth taken out thursday :\. The surgery was no big deal, gave me an I.V. and I started "dosing off" I wasnt completely OUT but I wasnt aware of anything either...and after it was over, I was HIGH lol. A few hours after the surgery, OUCH!!! It hurt like crap, but ever since I started taking the Hydrocodone, I havent really had any pain...just really sore and swolen....but all in all, not as bad as I thought!  |

well thanks for the encouragement. lol
Im going to meet with my dentist May 24, he said they do need to come out soon. but they need to get xrays of the top wisdom teeth. i hate the xrays.  |

| Yeah...im really swolen but im happy to say that I havent taken any pain pills,since like saturday, but I havent had any bad pain |

| Don't worry Beckah, it'll be fine! I had mine pulled out last year, and my sis did too. She said it wasn't that bad (the pain medicine work, unlike mine...ouch) and she's sensitive to pain. It doesn't last long at all. Hey! The good thing is you get to be pampered! You get to lie down, drink some coke, have some jello! I remember more good times I'll pray for ya! |

| haha thanks Lee! i cant handle pain like at all. lol so does that mean i have a low pian tolerance(sp?) oh and your homeschooled too!?!? I love being homeschooled!! |

| I went under, and 3 of my siblings did and 2 didn't, and those who did felt really nauseous for a few days, my sis threw up. My bro that was awake was swollen, but not nauseous. (that spelling looks funny to me ) be sure to keep the holes clean, I got a light infection a few days after. It's really not that bad, tons of swelling, but the drugs they give you for sleeping knock you out and the pain. Don't try to smile or laugh (my sibling would come in and tell funny stories, pay back I guess for me doing that to them). I lived off yogurt, and when they're more healed cream of wheat. My bro is 15 and his just came through, not cool! Most of us were 17 or 18 when our showed on the xrays |

cool, yeah I actually liked having braces... sometimes I miss them
I mostly had pink and purple bands, and in the last year of my braces, I had a purple wire.  IT WAS AWESOME! hehe.
and btw, i was homeschooled for 6 months... lol. idk, homeschool was great cuz I could sleep in, but i def had more fun going to the local christian school (i also went to public school, but... i had depression probs there, so it wasn't fun...) |

When I got Mine pulled I just Went under and it was over before I knew it.
The Worst part of is it was that my mouth was sore for a few days
There is nothing to worry about. |

| I'm going to be so scared or nervous when I have to go in to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I think it's just the idea of going under a needle and being sore for a few days that makes me bite my lip. For the record though, I haven't set a date yet. |
