So I wrote this....Opinions? :)

Every time you blink something in your life changes. Literally. This kind of change happens so much in our everyday lives, we barely even stop to notice. Unless the change is some sort of turning point. Whether it changes one small part or all of your life, it changes. Good or bad. After this change takes place, we stop and feel the pain, or relief that comes with it. Often we question God, and his will. Why would he let this happen? What did I do to deserve this? Why me?  Change almost always affects you in a good way, even if it takes a while. He has a reason, but it is our choice whether or not we choose to trust him.

Pain is inevitable, misery is optional. I’m sure you’ve heard this quote at some point in your life. But how often do you stop, and have faith in the truth it speaks?  Many people have pain in their life. In fact, you would be hard pressed to find someone who has experienced the “perfect” life. It just doesn’t happen. Friends get cancer; relatives give their lives for their country. We get sick, parents get divorced. It never ends. But we have this incredible gift. Jesus. His death allows us to trust that God will never leave us. He loves us just like we were His own children. We are perfect in His eyes. He loves us that much.  He gives, or allows us, to have pain. Because we are too stubborn to listen or turn to him without something making us so desperate for a safe place that we go to Him.  We are always able to do that, but we don’t until we have no other choice.

How incredible is it that we have complete access to a God who will never leave us? Pretty darn incredible. He gives us that pain, or change, so we will depend on Him. Knowing the next time something hurts, we can go to Him first, and be safe. We won’t ever have to find shelter in anyone else. We have him. He is dependable. Trustworthy. Passionate. Loving. Faithful. Infinite. Always beside us.  Through everything.

“My response is to get down on my knees before the Father, this magnificent Father who parcels out all heaven and earth. I ask him to strengthen you by his Spirit—not a brute strength but a glorious inner strength—that Christ will live in you as you open the door and invite him in. And I ask him that with both feet planted firmly on love, you'll be able to take in with all followers of Jesus the extravagant dimensions of Christ's love. Reach out and experience the breadth! Test its length! Plumb the depths! Rise to the heights! Live full lives, full in the fullness of God.”  Ephesians 3:17-19

I know you, I love you.
I gave my life to save you.
Love paid the price for mercy.
My verdict. Not guilty.

Hey that was awesome!!! Good on you for writing a paper on it!
I sometimes wish I could be so close to God to know I'm in his hands and he'll never let me go...
But it's hard sometimes and I'm not perfect,no one is... but that shouldn't stop me from trying as hard as I can to keep God as my #1, my rock, my fortress,my deliverer...
So yeah... Thankyou for sharing this with us!!! :D

Turn up the music
Turn it up loud
Take a few chances
Let it all out
'Cause you won't regret it
Lookin' back from where you have been
'Cause it's not who you knew
And it's not what you did
It's how you live

God Bless!
